Charles Ault-Duell founded CAD Law, LC in 2017 as a family-centered practice focused on providing clients reliable and accessible justice. In January 2020, Wade M. Carter joined the firm as a co-owner and partner, bringing his extensive legal experience and his talented staff to the team.

 

In 2021, the Firm added Of Counsel Attorney, Kathryn Carter to its thriving practice.

 

In 2024, we welcomed William Strommen as an Associate Attorney who has been with CAD Law in various roles since 2019 and now brings his expertise and dedication to our team of attorneys.

In 2026, Lucas Allison joined the firm as an Associate Attorney, bringing with him years of experience in the domestic litigation field. His knowledge enhances our team's capabilities and commitment to providing exceptional legal services.
